Welcome to Guru Checker (the "Service"). By creating an account or using any feature of this website, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not accept any part of them, please do not use the Service.

1. What Guru Checker is

Guru Checker is an independent, educational research tool that compiles publicly available stock recommendations made by creators on YouTube and compares them against subsequent market prices. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any creator, broker, exchange, or data provider mentioned on the site.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on Guru Checker constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a personal recommendation. All metrics, charts and comparisons are produced for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and you should consult a licensed professional before acting on any information presented here.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and choose a password of reasonable strength.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; this will remove your personal data subject to our retention obligations.

4. Free and paid access

A limited preview of the recommendation archive is available without an account. Full historical data and live price columns are reserved for paying users. Prices, included features and the size of the free preview may change; any change applies from the moment it is published on the site.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unless required by applicable consumer-protection law, purchases of digital access are non-refundable once the corresponding content has been unlocked. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case in good faith.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, mirror or resell the database in bulk;
• attempt to bypass authentication, paywalls or rate limits;
• upload content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes third-party rights;
• use the Service to harass any creator or other user.

7. Data sources and accuracy

Price data comes from third-party market feeds and is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the recommendation archive accurate but cannot guarantee that every entry is complete, free of typographical errors or up to date. If you spot a mistake, please let us know so we can correct it.

8. Intellectual property of Guru Checker

The Guru Checker name, logo, written commentary, scoring methodology, original illustrations, layout and software are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, republish or build derivative products from them without our prior written consent.

9. Third-party creators, names, channels and likenesses

Guru Checker references YouTube creators (the "Creators"), their channel names and stylised cartoon portraits of them solely for the purpose of independent commentary, criticism, review, news reporting, research and education on publicly broadcast stock recommendations. This use is intended to qualify as nominative fair use (for names and channel names), fair use / fair dealing / the right of quotation (for short factual references to publicly broadcast picks) and editorial speech (for original cartoon illustrations).

• Guru Checker is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any Creator, channel, network, broker, exchange or data provider mentioned on the site.
• All Creator names, channel names, trademarks and service marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the source of a public recommendation.
• Portraits of Creators on the Service are original stylised illustrations commissioned or generated for editorial use, not copies of the Creator's own photographs, logos or channel artwork, and are not used in advertising or merchandising.
• We track only short factual data points about each recommendation (ticker, approximate date, prices) together with our own analysis; we do not republish full videos or transcripts.
• Scoring, ranking and commentary are clearly labelled as Guru Checker's own editorial opinion and are not statements of fact about a Creator's character, skill or future performance.

Creators who believe a specific entry, illustration or piece of commentary should be corrected, replaced or removed are invited to contact us through that procedure; we review every request in good faith.

10. User conduct toward Creators

You agree not to use the Service, or any information obtained from it, to harass, threaten, defame, dox or organise abuse against any Creator or other third party. You will not present Guru Checker data as if it were issued, endorsed or approved by a Creator, and you will not strip out the commentary or disclaimers when sharing screenshots or links. Breach of this clause is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.

11. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guru Checker, its operators and contributors from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these terms, (b) your misuse of information obtained from the Service, or (c) any content you submit or any communication you send to a Creator or third party as a result of using the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that place undue load on the Service. You may stop using Guru Checker at any time.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guru Checker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from investment decisions made on the basis of information available on the Service, nor for losses arising from a user's misuse of that information against a third party.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised version.

15. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any question about these terms or the Service, please contact us through the channel listed on the home page.
